Therapy Intensives

What if healing didn't have to take all year?

A therapy intensive offers something weekly sessions can't always provide: focused, uninterrupted time to go deep — and actually feel it move. No stopping and restarting. No losing your place. Just real, trauma-informed work, paced with care, with you in the driver's seat.

  • Half-day, full-day, or multi-day formats
  • EMDR, IFS, somatic, and creative therapies
  • Available as standalone or alongside existing therapy

More time. More depth. More movement.

Weekly therapy is valuable — and there are times when a different kind of container is what the work actually needs. An intensive gives you the space to settle in, go further, and stay with what comes up long enough for it to genuinely shift.

Approaches like EMDR, IFS, and somatic therapy genuinely thrive on uninterrupted time. They work by helping the nervous system process what it has been holding. Give them more space, and they can go further.

Intensive formats

We shape the work around your goals and schedule. This has never been one-size-fits-all.

Half-Day Intensive

A focused morning or afternoon session — ideal for a specific piece of work you're ready to move through.

Full-Day Intensive

A complete day of uninterrupted therapeutic work, with time to settle in, go deep, and integrate before you leave.

Multi-Day Intensive

Two or more consecutive days for more complex trauma work or when you want sustained momentum across sessions.

Is an intensive right for you?

Intensives are for people who are ready — who have something specific they want to work on and want to move through it with more momentum than a weekly schedule allows. You don't need to be in crisis. You just need to be ready.

  • A trauma that has been sitting there for years
  • A pattern you've recognized but haven't been able to shift
  • Grief that hasn't had enough space
  • An old wound that keeps showing up in your current relationships
  • A specific goal you want to move through with real momentum
  • Adjunctive work alongside your current weekly therapy

Already working with a therapist?

An intensive can work right alongside your existing therapy — and often does its best work that way. If you and your therapist keep circling the same stuck place, an intensive offers the dedicated time to move through it. Then you return to your therapist to continue the work you're doing together.

We're glad to consult and collaborate with your current provider. We see adjunctive intensive work as a partnership.

Approaches we draw on

Our clinicians bring deep training in trauma-informed modalities that work particularly well in intensive formats.

How to get started

1

Reach out for a consultation

We'll talk about what you're carrying, what you're hoping for, and whether an intensive is the right fit.

2

Design your intensive

Together we'll choose the format, the focus, and the approaches that make sense for your goals and schedule.

3

Do the work

Show up. We'll hold the space, pace with care, and stay with you through it.

If a part of you just thought “that’s me” — that's worth listening to.

Reach out for a consultation and let's talk about what healing could look like, on your terms.
