Somatic Therapy
Healing through the wisdom of the body.
Somatic therapy uses body-based approaches that recognize how stress and trauma are held in the body, using breath, awareness, and gentle movement to support healing.

What is Somatic Therapy?
Somatic therapy recognizes that our bodies hold our experiences — especially stress and trauma. When we go through difficult experiences, our nervous system responds, and sometimes that response gets stuck. Somatic approaches help release what's been held in the body.
This body-centered approach uses awareness, breath, movement, and sometimes gentle touch to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and process experiences that talk therapy alone may not reach.
Somatic therapy isn't about forcing change — it's about creating safety in your body so healing can naturally unfold. You'll learn to notice sensations, understand your body's signals, and build a more grounded, resilient relationship with yourself.
