Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

What clients tell me, again and again, is that they feel met — fully, without having to translate or explain themselves first. I work with adults, couples, adolescents, and parents, and I'm at home with the kinds of stories and identities that don't always fit a standard frame. Trauma and dissociation. Queer and LGBTQIA+ clients. Neurodivergent kids, teens, and adults. Non-traditional relationships and family structures. People who've been carrying something heavy for a long time, sometimes without even realizing how heavy. In all of this, I take into account the larger systemic forces that shape our inner lives — because what happens in the world outside doesn't stay outside.
With couples, I help two people slow down enough to actually hear each other. With parents, I'm often the bridge — helping you understand what your child is communicating underneath the behavior, and what they need from you that they can't quite ask for. With individuals, the work tends to be a steady unfolding: more self-trust, more clarity about what's yours and what was handed to you, more capacity to let go of what no longer serves you, and new tools for forging a path forward. That kind of work creates ease — and real room to breathe.
I see clients in person and via telehealth, which makes consistent care possible across schedules, locations, and the realities of busy lives.
I hold a Master's in Counseling Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies and bring over twenty years in the mental health and personal growth field, with deep experience in trauma-informed care. If any of this lands, I'd love to connect.
