Assistant Clinical Director

Training & Consultation

As Assistant Clinical Director of Training and Consultation at Family Matters of Marin, I support the growth and development of our clinical team through ongoing training, individual consultation, and the cultivation of best practices in trauma-informed care.

I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with deep expertise in trauma, DBT, somatic approaches, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems. My training includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT), DBT-Prolonged Exposure (DBT-PE), Somatic Experiencing (SE), IFS, and EMDR.

Before my career in mental health, I spent the first half of my professional life as a C-Suite leader in the corporate world — an experience that gave me a profound appreciation for the toll that stress and overextension take on wellbeing, and that now informs my approach to supporting clinicians as well as clients. I hold a B.A. in Psychology from Skidmore College and an M.A. in Holistic Counseling Psychology and Somatic Psychology from John F. Kennedy University.
