Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Some of what we carry lives in the body before it ever finds words — the tight chest before school drop-off, the stomach that knots during a hard conversation, the way a child's whole body says no before they can explain why. A lot of my work starts there. With young children, that often looks like sandtray, play, and movement — the language they already speak. With teenagers and adults, it looks like slowing down enough to notice what's actually happening inside, not just what the story is.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and parents. Parents often come in feeling like they're doing everything right and still missing something with their child — and we work together until you start trusting your own read again. Kids who'd been melting down or shutting down find more room inside themselves. Adults who've been pushing through find that letting their body be part of the conversation changes things they couldn't think their way out of.

I see clients in person on Mondays and Tuesdays, 9 to 3.

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with deep training in body-based and trauma-focused approaches, including Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and play therapy. If something here sounds like what you've been looking for, I'd love to hear from you.
