Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

Supervised by Anneli Richards, LMFT

I work with kids, teens, adults, and couples — and a lot of what I do sits at the intersection of all of them, because what shows up in one person almost always shows up in the family around them.

I have a real soft spot for kids on the spectrum and their parents. Before I became a therapist, I spent years providing ABA therapy, and I bring that experience into how I work with neurodivergent kids and their families now — meeting your child where they actually are, and helping you learn their language. I also work with kids and families more broadly with a variety of different needs. I get to know each child and family to tailor their treatment specifically to them and take the pace each family needs.

With adults and couples, my clients often come in carrying something they've been managing on their own for a long time — anxiety running underneath a busy life, substance use that started as relief and became something heavier, a relationship that used to feel easy and now feels stuck. My earlier work in residential treatment and recovery shaped how I think about all of this: what looks like one person's struggle almost always lives inside a family and a system. I'm comfortable holding substance use, anxiety, depression, and dual diagnosis without rushing past any of it. I take this seriously and have a profound respect for those who show up for this work. You don't have to do it alone. I am here to help with lots of tools to share.

I'm EMDR-trained, and trauma-informed work runs through everything I do. I see clients in person and via telehealth. If something here resonates, I'd love to hear from you.
